Refund and Returns Policy

At Lap Tech Stand, we provide a 14-day return policy, allowing you to return items within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase, such as your receipt, is required to process the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any damage, defects, or if the wrong item was delivered, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For certain health and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned if you change your mind. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page. If you have concerns about any specific product, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest first returning the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want to exchange for.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalize the refund.
